Solulan announces its selection as a finalist in the Company of the Year (15 employees and over) category at the 2026 Stellar Awards, presented by the Thérèse-De Blainville Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCITB).

Results that speak for themselves

Founded in 1999, Solulan now employs nearly 100 people and supports hundreds of organizations across Quebec, Canada, and the United States. This nomination at the Stellar Awards confirms a sustained growth trajectory driven by ongoing investments in expertise, certifications, and customer experience.

Elements highlighted as part of the application include:

  • 41% workforce growth in three years, with recruitments extending as far as Vancouver to support Solulan’s pan-Canadian client base
  • Top-level certifications: SOC 2 Type II, Microsoft Solutions Partner Security, Modern Workplace, and Azure Infrastructure—among the rarest accreditations for a managed service provider of Solulan’s size
  • Pax8 Beyond Partner Award 2025 in the Peak Performance Canada category, a distinction awarded to a very limited number of partners across North America
  • Client retention rate exceeding 95%, reflecting long-term trust-based relationships
  • Launch of a department dedicated to artificial intelligence and automation, supporting organizations in improving their operations through practical solutions based on the Power Platform and Copilot agents
  • Strengthening of managed cybersecurity services, including MDR, penetration testing, Dark Web monitoring, and Microsoft 365 security

A people-centered, certified, and growing company

What sets Solulan apart in Quebec’s IT services landscape is the combination of highly certified technical expertise and a human, flexible approach. Where many providers remain transactional, Solulan invests in understanding its clients’ business challenges to deliver tailored and sustainable solutions.

This philosophy is also reflected internally. In 2025, more than 2,700 hours of training were provided to employees, 13 internal mobility moves were completed, and the company maintained a comprehensive benefits program including group insurance, a retirement savings plan, gym access, and an employee assistance program.

“Our mission has remained the same since 1999: to make technology simple, reliable, and accessible so organizations can focus on their growth. This nomination reflects the work of an entire team.”
David-Alexandre Jetté, Vice President, Operations, Solulan
